For Non-Litigation Matters:

Provision of legal advice on numerous relevant topics and issues relating to separation, domestic violence, protection order application/good behavior order application as well as within the field of financial agreement/matrimonial property distribution settlement; parenting plan issues; and divorce application.

In this position, I provide advice and carry out services upon all facets of relevant fields including the following: due diligence searches, assessment on feasibility to reach an agreement and/or by consent, drafting terms and conditions as required, ensuring relevant compliance by laws, commercial bargaining, drafting agreements/application and special conditions as required, and compliance of disclosure policies, and drafting guarantee and indemnity provisions, etc.

For Litigation Matters:

Preparing and drafting Application for proceedings, affidavits and relevant documentation as required in compliance with the Family Laws. To follow court procedures and to carry out searches upon relevant precedent cases to support and ensure to present the best case before the Court and to seek court orders to fit the client’s best interests and also to seek enforcement of orders if so required, etc.

In the parenting disputes, we successfully assist our clients to have the child/children to live with him/her or maximize the time spent with the child/children that our client can enjoy while the child/children’s best interest could be upheld.
